Finnish pop up restaurant

Finnish design dinner, with chef Jyrki Tsutsunen. Tsutsunen, the Ibero-American Institute of Finland, brings a meal inspired by the Finnish forest to Madrid, with natural ingredients full of tantalising scents. The table will be laid with dinner services and tablecloths by recognised Finn designers, whose production is also part of the daily culinary ambience of many Finns.

Tsutsunen works and offers Finnish cuisine through different cultural projects. He has prepared dinners for several cultural institutes in Finland, culinary events in Sweden, Germany and Russia and, before working on these projects, he had a long career at the Finnish consulate in Saint Petersburg. He is also known for his appearances on several television shows in Finland.
