The international workshop for collaborative prototyping, Interactivos? ’19 Eating against collapse: the Inevitable End of the Agro– industrial Food Model combines an international seminar, a prototyping workshop, a public presentation of the prototypes developed and their subsequent exhibition.
The programme starts with an inspiring seminar with the presence of national and international experts. Then the workshop will begin, in which 8 projects will be developed from among all the proposals received after the call. A public presentation of the prototypes developed will be on 1 March. This workshop has the support of the H2020 DITOs project.
We are looking all over the world for people and communities who are testing and want to redesign new ways of seeing and handling—creatively and radically—the change in the food models that can be used to reduce the probabilities of environmental collapse that are being announced by the scientific community.
The seminar will be open and free, until the room is full.
